| Q. Do Boat Bags float? |
| A. The Bow Bag does NOT float. The Guide Bag however is lined with closed cell foam around the sides and bottom. This should be capable of floating what is stored in the bag. |
| Q. Are Boat Bags water proof? |
| A. They are not water proof. This means if you throw them in the lake, they will take on water. However, both bags are made from water resistant material and have been specifically designed to provide maximum water resistance for their intended use. They can be left in a boat all season and remain dry inside, even through rain storms. In fact, they provide better water resistance then a cooler. This is because a cooler in a damp environment tends to sweat inside, Boat Buddies won’t sweat. |
| Q. Can I use the Guide Bag as a cooler? |
| A. Yes. The Guide Bag is lined with closed cell foam, which provides excellent insulating properties. For best results, use ice packs that don’t leak and line the bottom and top of the bag with a towel. Blocks or cubes can be used, but the water will leak out of the bottom seams. |
| Q. Do I need to drill holes in my boat to install the clamps? |
